Jolene began her career in financial services in 1986 with The Robinson-Humphrey Company. Over 25 years, she navigated industry changes that ultimately led to Morgan Stanley Smith Barney. In 2010, she joined Baird to help grow the Raleigh office and strengthen its client experience. With Series 7, 63, 65, 66, 8, and 31 licenses, Jolene brings deep technical expertise and a relentless commitment to excellence. She supports her team of advisors by ensuring smooth operations, training staff, and maintaining compliance with firm and regulatory standards. Her role spans cashiering, order flow, and new account processing, always with a focus on precision and client care.
Jolene is known for her passion and perseverance. She never lets “no” stand in the way of finding solutions and takes pride in helping clients and colleagues succeed. Originally from Indiana, Jolene and her husband Mike (now retired) have called Cary, NC home since 1985. They have two children, Jordi and Karli. In her free time, Jolene loves spending time with her grandchildren.
